The OPM vinyl series returns after almost six months as Dr Dubplate continues to showcase talented producers handpicked from the new wave pool of undiscovered. This time around, FTRRLT (Future Reality) throws it down, flying in his dubs direct to Bristol all the way from the Crimean Peninsula, for the ROW.
 
OPM003 comes in the form of another impressive 5 tracker, including a remix from an OG UK Breakbeat Don.
 
Served up on the A side is the title track ‘Gonna Get You’. Nostalgic sampling for the old school garage heads on this one, whilst the 90’s RnB babies will for sure be ‘One-Two Step’-ing to the A2 - cleverly balanced UKG bubblers.
 
On the flip FTRRLT rounds-off the UK Garage with a breaks tinged ‘Funeral Bill’, before firing straight out the stalls into 160 with ‘The Going Is Rough’, a staple Jungle riddim you’ should come to expect on ec2a. Benton then tears this a new one with his signature suspense-ridden, breakdown into big breaks and percussion on the B3. Bassline heavy and ready to body…
